The Calgary Reggio Network Association is offering two $500 Learning Inspired Grants to be awarded each school year. These grants are intended for any educator currently working with children.
These grants are awarded based on the following criteria:
The work undertaken must:
- Be based on an inquiry based project or research guided by the pedagogical principles of the Reggio
Emilia approach
- Be guided by a question
- Actively involve children
- Be based in a child care or school based classroom
- Involve collaboration with at least one colleague
- Be shared through a 20-30 minute presentation at the CRNA meeting in May 2016 and include a
handout outlining:
- One paragraph summary of the work including key insights
- Resources that guided, inspired and/or enhanced the work
- All necessary permissions to share photos or artifacts are the responsibility of the
presenter

Proposals must be submitted online and are due by January 22nd, 2016.
Two awardees will be notified by January 30th, 2016.
